Where it’s legal.

There are 8/50 States where ‘Recreational Marijuana’ is legal; Alaska, California, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. Weed is also legal in our nation’s capital city Washington D.C.  We have 28 states with reform done to their marijuana laws. That is well over half of the country.

“Marijuana doesn’t have a high potential for abuse, and there are very legitimate medical applications. In fact, sometimes marijuana is the only thing that works…” Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Neurosurgeon and TV personality. Source: Why I Changed My Mind On Weed, CNN, August 2013

The Marijuana Industry is booming and every consumer is hoping it continues. Dispensaries, Collectives and, any business that has skin in the game wants to see marijuana become federally legalized and decriminalized.

There must be laws for Marijuana. You shouldn’t drive high and, marijuana should not be around government buildings, property or, landmarks. Marijuana should not be around children, schools, retirement homes and, wherever else the state prohibits marijuana at.

In a capitalist outlook, full legalization of medical and, recreational marijuana. Along with the industrialization of hemp as being a monetary gain to any states budget shortfall, tax allocation and, treasury. It makes more sense than a dazed and confused sequel.

I do believe it should be upon the people of the states to vote on legalization through ballot initiatives and, pro marijuana representation. A federal mandate is not needed just reform of federal outdated marijuana laws.

In return that would set a strong example for the remaining states. Erasing the undying truth that marijuana and, counterparts are frowned upon on a federal level.
